The conference was held under the patronage of His Excellency the President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi, President of the Republic of Egypt in from the 24th to the 25th of October 2015. It was held at the Jaz Almaza Bay Hotel & Resort in Matrouh Governorate and at the direction of its sovereignty as well as the recommendations of the marketing conference held in Dubai Conference prior to the conference.
